Introduction : The method of detection of oxytetracycline by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The first page is to know what oxytetracycline is and its molecular formula. Then, the determination of oxytetracycline by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) is made. Finally, the determination of oxytetracycline is carried out under rigid conditions such as instruments and reagents.
[Oxytetracycline]
Oxytetracycline: The antimicrobial spectrum and application are the same as tetracycline. This product is resistant to intestinal infection, Rickettsia disease, including epidemic typhus, endemic typhus, Rocky Mountain fever, tsutsugamushi fever and Q fever, mycoplasma infection and Chlamydia infection, and has close cross-resistance to tetracycline.

1. This product can be used for the treatment of Rickettsia disease, Chlamydia Mycoplasma infection, cholera, plague, brucellosis, rabbit fever, etc. This product should be combined with aminoglycosides in the treatment of brucellosis and plague.
2. Because of the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, only when the pathogenic bacteria are sensitive to the product, they can be used as drugs: sensitive Escherichia coli, Enterobacter aerogenes, Acinetobacter loffei, Shigella, Haemophilus influenzae (limited to respiratory tract infections) and Klebsiella (limited to respiratory and urinary tract infections) and other Gram-negative bacilli infections. This product is not suitable for any type of staphylococcal or hemolytic streptococcal infections.
3. The product can be used in patients with penicillin-allergic tetanus, gas gangrene, yaws, syphilis, gonorrhea and leptospirosis, as well as those infected by actinomycetes and Listeria.
4. It can be used as an adjuvant therapy for patients with acute intestinal amoebiasis and moderate to severe acne.

2. Preparation of test solution and control solution
The sample solution was prepared by 25 mg, weighed precisely, placed in a 50 ml capacity bottle, dissolved in 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution and diluted to the scale. Shake well. Precision measure was 5 ml. Place it in a 25 ml capacity bottle, diluted to the scale with 0.01 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution, shake well and wait for machine test.
A suitable amount of reference solution was prepared, and a suitable concentration of standard solution was obtained by the same method as that of the above test solution. Shake well and wait for computer test.
3. Chromatographic conditions
Chromatographic column: C18, 4.6 mm x 250 mm, particle size 5 m
Mobile phase: acetonitrile: ammonium acetate solution = 88:12
Sampling volume: 10ul
Wavelength: 280 nm
Flow velocity: 1.0ml/min
4. DETERMINATION METHOD
Precision absorption of reference solution and sample solution of 10 ul, respectively, and injection of liquid chromatography, determination, that is.
