Ivermectin is a new type of highly effective semi-synthetic antibiotic insecticide, Ivermectin and biological penetrating agent.
Ivermectin is an antibiotic insecticide, acaricide and nematocide, belonging to insect nerve toxicant. The mechanism of action is to interfere with the neurophysiological activities of pests, stimulate the release of gamma-aminobutyric acid, act on the nerve-muscle junction, increase the release of chloride ions, inhibit the transmission of information in the nerve junction, leading to paralysis and poisoning death of pests and mites. Its products are colorless or light brown-yellow liquid.
It is used as insecticide in mixed culture pond to kill the parasites of finger ring worm, diploid worm, third generation worm, sporozoite, Benedendron worm, capillary nematode, Chinese gill, Anchor gill and mud, and also to kill red worm in shrimp pond.
Usage and dosage of ivermectin:
dilute 2000 times with water, sprinkle evenly in the whole pond, use 0.15-0.2_per meter of water body (25-33 ml per mu of water body with 1 meter of water depth)
1. Koi carp rubbing causes congestion:
Dosage: It is suitable for early stage. Ivermectin 0.05 ppm (0.05 ml of water per ton) is sprayed all over the pond to kill insects.
2. Koi parasites: killing Chinese gill and Anchor gill in the middle period of Koi culture: Avermectin, Ivermectin and Malathion can be used alternately, usually once a month.
Dosage: Dilute 2,000 times with water, use this product 25-30 ml per mu of water depth, and use it twice in case of serious illness.
Matters needing attention:
1. Hypoxic water is forbidden. Before and after use, attention should be paid to oxygen enrichment, or use together with "atomic oxygen"
2. Ivermectin should be stored properly and should not be mistaken by humans or livestock.
3. When preventing fish parasitic diseases, sprinkle them evenly to avoid excessive local concentration.
4. no rain days.
5. When shrimp and crab seedlings are used, they should be reduced as appropriate.
