2. Approval criteria:
① Veterinary drug purchasing, keeping, selling, dispensing and testing businesses in veterinary drug trading enterprises shall be technicians above pharmacists and veterinary technicians. Non pharmaceutical and veterinary technicians must be qualified by veterinary drug management knowledge.
② In purchasing, keeping and selling veterinary drugs, veterinary drug dealing enterprises must establish and improve the system of quality inspection, storage acceptance, storage, out-of-storage inspection and distribution, and sales verification. Veterinary drug management enterprises must check and accept the purchase of veterinary drugs. Inspection and acceptance include: veterinary drug name, specifications, production enterprises, production batch number, validity period, approval number, production license number, veterinary identification, product generic name, effective ingredients, withdrawal period, inspection certificate, packaging and appearance quality, etc.
③ There are standardized measuring instruments, clean and non-toxic sales tools and packaging materials.

3. The materials to be submitted for examination and approval shall be:
① Written application for bidding

③ A photocopy of the identity card or temporary residence permit of a legal person.

4. Process:
① Any unit or individual intending to engage in veterinary drug business in Dongguang County must submit an application in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Veterinary Drug Management, which can be operated only after approval.
② Enterprises operating veterinary drugs shall meet the following requirements:
(1) veterinary technicians who are compatible with the veterinary drugs they are operating;
(2) business premises, equipment and warehouses suitable for veterinary drugs operated;
(3) quality management institutions or personnel that are compatible with the veterinary drugs operated;
(4) other operating conditions stipulated in the quality management standard of veterinary drugs.

Where a veterinary drug business enterprise changes its business scope and place of operation, it shall apply for the renewal of a veterinary drug business license in accordance with the provisions of Article 22 of the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Veterinary Drugs, and the applicant shall go through the formalities for the registration of industrial and commercial changes with the renewed veterinary drug business license; if the name of the enterprise or the legal representative is changed, Within 15 working days after going through the registration formalities for industrial and commercial changes, apply to the original license-issuing authority for the renewal of the veterinary drug business license.
